Database and Systems Executive
We're seeking to appoint a high performing, motivated and experienced Database and Systems Executive to join the ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall team.
The post holder will form part of the ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall Entertainments team.
The post will be responsible for the effective delivery of ticketing operations across ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall, Ulster Hall and other spaces as required. The role will act as the lead contact for all matters relating to ticketing for staff and promoters, providing training to all relevant internal departments to ensure all teams can provide world-class customer service to all customers.
The role will be predominantly Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm with occasional evening and weekend work required.
