We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team.
As part of the Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall (BWUH) team, casual workers will ensure that all events are delivered as planned and that the customers’ experiences of an event are exceeded through the provision of excellent customer care.
Duty Managers will also ensure any issues are fully resolved and will provide assistance when the issue is not within his or her direct responsibility. All Duty Managers will work flexibly across the two venues of the BWUH to ensure the necessary high standards of service delivery are achieved.
